No prior licence is required for the initiation of the performance and implementation of information technology services.

Regardless of the foregoing provision, the provider of services must acquire those permits that refer exclusively to information technology services or which must be acquired in accordance with other regulations.

Activities/services as per the explanatory notes on the standard classification of activities:

• providing information infrastructure for network hosting services, data processing and related activities,
• specialised hosting activities such as:
• online hosting,
• streaming data services,
• user solutions hosting services,
• enabling simultaneous use of computer systems of several subscribers,
• data processing:
• input of data,
• computer processing and extracts according to client's demands.
