Distribution (sale) of fluorinated greenhouse gases
The seller of fluorinated greenhouse gases may only sell gases to authorised companies that are entered in the register of authorised companies for the installation, servicing, maintenance, repair or decommissioning of refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump equipment or fire protection equipment and to service technicians holding a relevant certificate for other areas.
At the time of purchase, buyers must provide relevant proof. Sellers are required to keep records of buyers. an authorised service technician.
