Formal confirmation of seed units of agricultural plants
The formal confirmation of the seed units of agricultural plants is a procedure in which the confirming authority discovers whether the seed units of agricultural plants meet the required conditions for a specific category or whether the conditions for the production and formal confirmation of the seed units of agricultural plants have been fulfilled.
The confirming authority must be properly registered for the performance of activities and must acquire a public authorisation.

Cross-border/temporary provisions of activity
Performance of the activity in Slovenia is possible on cross-border/temporary basis. Acquisition of permits is not required prior to commencing the service.
