Landscape service activities (81.300)

For activities on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also be entered in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

These activities include:

• arrangement and management of landscape, parks, green surfaces and plantations etc.;
• care and maintenance of green surfaces along traffic routes (roads, railway lines etc.), industrial, commercial and other buildings, football fields and other recreational surfaces;
• care and maintenance of plantations for protection against noise, wind, erosion etc.;
• gardening works, maintenance of gardens, also private;
• trimming of trees (except fruit trees) and hedge maintenance;
• gardening works at cemeteries.

• Decree on supplementary activities in agriculture

A supplementary farm activity may begin after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of supplementary farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sectoral provisions for an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled.

Applies to the following activities/services:

• maintenance of green surfaces, implementation of special manual farm work on other farms.

• Čiščenje podrtih dreves ob cestah - posledica žledoloma;
• Urejanje vrtnih ribnikov;
• Sečnja vejevja, grmovja in dreves ob cestah;
• Ureditev okolice po zaključku novogradnje/gradnje;
• Posek dreves za širitev ceste (V primeru, da gre za npr. čiščenje podrasti, grmovja ob cesti, se storitev uvršča v SKD 81.300 Urejanje in vzdrževanje zelenih površin in okolice; v nasprotnem primeru, da gre za posek dreves, se storitev uvršča v SKD 02.200 Sečnja)
