Regulations and conditions:
An accommodation provider according to this act is a natural person, sole entrepreneur, association or legal entity that offers guests accommodation with or without breakfast in the provider’s own or leased apartment or vacation house, with the consent of the competent self-regulative local community authority; the accommodation may also be provided at other premises, regardless of the provision of the second paragraph of Article 5 of this act. A natural person is a provider of accommodation who performs this activity only occasionally (not more than 5 months in a calendar year), offers guests a maximum of 15 beds and is entered in the Slovenian Business Register.
