This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement of an activity are established. 

Regulations and conditions:

  • Insurance Act

A certified actuary is a person who has acquired a licence from the Insurance Supervision Agency to carry out the tasks of a certified actuary.

An actuary may be a person who:

  • has successfully passed a professional proficiency test required for performing the tasks of an authorised actuary,
  • who hasn’t been unconditionally convicted res judicata of a criminal offence against property and the economy and sentenced to at least three months in prison,
  • has a licence to carry out the tasks of a certified actuary hasn’t been withdrawn in the past
