• Decree on supplementary activities in agriculture

  A supplementary farm activity may start to be implemented after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of a supplementary farm activity and after
   all conditions determined by the sector regulations for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled. Applies to the following activities/services:

• picnic area renting

Activities/services as per explanatory notes to the standard classification of activities: 

These include:

• other activities connected with amusement and recreation (with the exception of amusement and theme parks) not classified elsewhere:
• organising entertaining performances and events, including fireworks;
• activities of recreational parks, swimming pools, beaches, thermal resorts, including renting equipment, such as changing booths, lockers, deckchairs, etc. at swimming pools;
• operation of dance halls;

These also include:

• activities of producers and entrepreneurs dealing with live shows, with the exception of art and sports events, with facilities and devices or without them;
• operation of slot machines, such as pinball, table tennis, etc.;
• the operation of discotheques, without the service of drinks;
• operating picnic areas

Activities/services added under the questions and answers table (SURS):

• the service of using swimming pools at spas, health resorts, water parks;
• organising children's parties, including hairstyling and manicures for girls (the organisation of children's parties may be classified under codes  93.299 or 96.090). In the event that hair styling for payment will be carried out at such parties, the service is classified under sub-class 96.021, and manicure services under sub-class 96.022);
• educational and amusement services; interpretation of nature, as part of brief walks to nature dealing with specific topics relating to plants, water, etc. (brief walks to nature dealing with specific topics relating to plants, water, etc.) – a walk connected with free time recreation and leisure: 93.299; A walk with the purpose of education: 85.590)
