A legal entity or sole entrepreneur that fulfils the personnel, organisational, technical and other conditions, may acquire an authorisation to carry out certain professional tasks, i.e. from the Ministry for Labour, Family and Social Affairs.

A work permit may be acquired by a legal entity or sole entrepreneur to carry out the following professional tasks:

• implementation of periodical and other tests, chemical and biological threats in the work environment;
• implementing periodical and other examinations as well as work equipment inspections;
• preparing expert bases for safety statements;
• preparing and implementing safe work training.

The personnel, organisation, technical and other conditions are determined by the Rules on conditions and procedure to obtain a work permit to carry out professional tasks in the field of safety at work
