For performing architectural and engineering activities or construction supervision operators must ensure the participation of an individual that fulfils the conditions prescribed by the Architecture and Civil Engineering Act.

This applies to the following professions

• certified architect (PA)
• certified landscape architect (PKA)
• certified spatial planner (PPN)
• certified engineer (PI)

•  Forest Act

Operators wishing to carry out activities in forests must, before starting any activity, meet the requirements and submit the necessary evidence to the Forestry Inspection Service.

This applies to the following:

• designing forest roads,
• designing cableway skidding,
• designing felling and skidding in difficult conditions - combining different skidding techniques,
• organizing of works and MKO
• managing forest workers,
• designing felling and skidding in normal, less difficult conditions,
• construction and maintenance (with machines) of forest roads,
• felling of trees by way of tree felling machines,
• log loading, unloading and transporting.
