• Electronic Commerce Market Act

No prior licence is required for the initiation of the performance and implementation of information technology services.

Regardless of this provision, the provider of services must acquire those permits that refer exclusively to information technology services or which must be acquired in accordance with other regulations.

• Electronic Commerce and Electronic Signature Act

A certifier who performs safe electronic signature services in an open system must consider the safety requirements in internal rules which are stipulated by this act and its executive regulations.

A certifier who issues qualified certificates must employ personnel with the required professional knowledge, experience and qualifications in the field of the services performed, especially in the field of management, and knowledge about electronic operations technology and appropriate safety procedures to ensure the fulfilment of the provisions of this act.
