Regulations and conditions:
This sub-class entails activities: the purchase of receivables (factoring), entering swaps, options and other insurance instruments, activities of companies selling life insurance policies of other entities and investment activities for their own account, as well as for venture capital companies, investment clubs etc. Within the scope of this sub-class, a permit to sell life insurance policies must be acquired, i.e. the permit for insurance brokerage activities stipulated in Article 227 of the Insurance Act, and the permit of the Bank of Slovenia to perform certain mutually recognised financial services (Article 88 of the Banking Act) Source: Ministry of Finance |
