Providing training for work with explosives or pyrotechnic products
A permit from the Ministry of the Interior is required to provide professional training for traders, storekeepers and responsible persons in the production or transport, blasters and special blasting works, operators of fireworks and special pyrotechnic effects and for the destruction of explosives or pyrotechnic products.

Conditions

A permit from the Ministry of the Interior is required to provide professional training for traders, storekeepers and responsible persons in the production or transport, blasters and special blasting works, operators of fireworks and special pyrotechnic effects and for the destruction of explosives or pyrotechnic products.
Mandatory participation in training provided by a training provider is not a condition for a candidate to apply for a test of professional competence before an expert commission.
Cross-border/temporary provision of activity
Foreign legal entities may engage in cross-border/occasional provision of training for work with explosives or pyrotechnic products if they meet all of the prescribed conditions and obtain prior permission from the Ministry of the Interior.
