The code 87.300 entails residential care activities for the elderly and disabled who are not able to care for themselves. This refers to institutional care for the elderly and disabled. Concessions are granted based on a public tender; the work permit is granted if the applicant fulfils the determined conditions. The service provider with a concession implements the service within the scope of the public services network.

They conclude a contract with the ZZZS to implement health care; to implement health protection services, they conclude a contract with the appropriate health institution (doctor) based on norms in health care. The costs of health care are covered by the ZZZS. The costs of the service provider who implements the service based on the work permit, i.e. outside the public services network for health care and health protection are not covered separately by the ZZZS.
