• Private Security Act

   In order to perform these activities, a business entity must acquire a licence for performing private security and provide an authorised security systems engineer entered into the directory of the Slovenian Chamber of Engineers, a security technician and a security control centre operator.

Activities/services as per explanatory notes to the standard classification of activities: 

These include:

• remote control of electronic security devices, such as burglar and fire protection alarm systems;
• the sale, installation and maintenance of mechanical or electronic security accessories (safes, alarm systems and vaults) if this is provided by the unit monitoring these systems;
