Before the first performance of an activity, the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Civil Protection and Disaster Relief verifies vocational qualification of persons from the member states of the European Union or the European Economic Area and the Swiss Confederation, i.e. in accordance with the regulations on minimum technical and other conditions for performing these services in the Republic of Slovenia and according to the procedure, i.e. under the regulations of the recognition of vocational qualifications in the Republic of Slovenia.
