Public authorisation for conducting laboratory analyses for performing the inspection supervision of the trade and use of PPP

The Administration awards the public authorisation for specific types of analyses in the field of PPP to the laboratory which is a legal or natural entity and fulfils the prescribed conditions.

The Administration authorises the laboratory for the period of five years. The Administration selects the laboratory on the basis of the public tender, which determines detailed criteria for the selection of contractors for conducting specific types of analyses in the field of PPP. After the conducted public tender, the Administration issues a decision on the selection of the laboratory for the implementation of a specific type of analyses in the field of PPP. Mutual rights and obligations are stipulated by the Administration and the laboratory with an agreement.
