Activities of casinos (92.001)

This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement and pursuit of an activity are established. 

Regulations and conditions:

  • Gaming act 

    Special games are games that players play against the casino or against each other behind special gaming tables with balls, dice, cards, at game panels and slot machines, bets and similar games in accordance with international standards.

    Special games may be arranged only by public limited companies or limited liability companies with the head office in the Republic of Slovenia, i.e. based on a concession.

    The Government of the Republic of Slovenia and the minister competent for finance decide on allocating a concession for gaming and its renewal.
