• Cave Protection Act

A cave guide is a natural person qualified for guiding visitors in caves  and who is registered into the cave guide register. The qualification of cave guides is certified by means of a certification concerning the successfully passed cave guide exam.

This includes:

• the activity of organisations that aren’t connected with political parties, but deal with common matters, raising public awareness, exercising political influence, collecting funds, etc.:

• the activity of special interest groups, such as car lovers clubs, consumer associations, etc.;
• the activity of social clubs, such as rotary clubs, lions clubs, boxes, etc.;
• the activity of youth organisations, youth associations, student associations, clubs, fraternities, etc.;
• the activity of associations for cultural or recreational activities or hobbies which cannot be classified as sports or games, such as literary clubs, gardener clubs, film and photography clubs, music and art clubs, collector's clubs, carnival clubs, etc.
