This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement and pursuit of an activity are established.

Regulations and conditions:

  • Humanitarian Organisations Act 

    The organisation must be entered in the Register of humanitarian organisations at the MDDZS or MZ.

  • charitable and similar services of humanitarian organisations that offer assistance to individuals and groups in distress:
  • activities to help victims of natural disasters, refugees, immigrants etc., including temporary accommodation;
  • collecting means for humanitarian purposes;
  • other services of humanitarian organisations
