Breeding native and non-indigenous animal species
A permit for animal breeding must be acquired for breeding native and non-indigenous animal species.
A bred animal is owned by the person who breeds it in accordance with the law. The owner of a bred animal must ensure that natures do not flee into nature. The owner of the bred animal causing damage is responsible for such damage regardless of fault. An escape of bred animals into nature is considered as nature curtailing due to the possible harmful consequences. A bred animal, for which a permit for breeding must be acquired, must be marked in the determined way. The owner of the animal is responsible for marking it.
