A company which collects or processes hazardous waste must hold an authorization issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and the Environment, and be entered in the relevant register of waste collectors with the Slovenian Environment Agency. Any company involved in the loading, transport, unloading, and storage of dangerous goods is legally required to appoint a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor, who will help the company retain the high level of employee expertise, ensure compliance with ADR regulations, and continuously monitor the quality of other contractors and subcontractors involved in these processes

Cross-border/temporary provisions of activity
Performance of the activity in Slovenia is possible on cross-border/temporary basis. Acquisition of permits is not required prior to commencing the service.
