Entry in the register of waste collectors The collector can collect waste if they have a certificate confirming entry in the register of waste collectors, managed by the ministry within the framework of the register of persons with the certificate for environment protection activity implementation under the act on environment protection. The certificate on the entry as per the previous paragraph is issued to the legal entity or sole entrepreneur who:

Authorisation for transport Authorisation is required for transport of explosive, radioactive and nuclear materials. safety adviser Legal entities or sole entrepreneurs with head offices in the Republic of Slovenia whose activity includes transport of hazardous goods by road or rail or loading or unloading related to such transport must appoint at least one safety adviser for the transport of hazardous goods. Cross-border/temporary provisions of activity
The provider that is established and meets the conditions for the pursuit of craft activities in the EU Member States, EEA or the Swiss Confederation, may occasionally carry out craft activity without establishment in the Republic of Slovenia. Before the first pursuit of an activity, the provider must lodge an application with the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia.
