Combined facilities support activities (81.100)

For activities on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also be entered in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

These activities include:

• the provision of a combination of support services at clients' facilities, such as:
• the general maintenance of household devices,
• elevators,
• laundries,
• guard and security, cleaning, maintenance of central-heating system,
• minor repairs,
• other janitorial work.

 Activities/services added under the questions and answers table (SURS):

• Minor repairs (replacement of fuses, light bulbs) within janitorial work;
• Dosage of liquid for the prevention of scale in sanitary and plumbing installations (If this is done by a person who regularly maintains facilities and performs other services (e.g. a janitor): 81.100; If this is an independent service by a plumber, this activity is classified under sub-class 43.220).

This includes:

• provision of a combination of support services within facilities, such as the general maintenance of household devices (elevators, laundries, guard and security, cleaning, maintenance of central-heating system, minor repairs, other janitorial work).

When registering the activity in the Business Register, business entities pursuing this activity as a craft must be entered ex officio in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS).

Free entry in the register of crafts is performed based on a notification sent by the registering authority (AJPES) to the OZS.
