Employment brokerage
The activity of employment brokerage can be carried out in two ways.
First is that an activity can be carried out freely on the market as a market activity, and providers must be duly registered to perform this activity (AJPES). In this case, they do not need any consent or permission from the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities (hereinafter: Ministry) to perform activities, as the Labour Market Regulation Act (ZUTD) does not limit the implementation of this activity.
Another way is that the Ministry, in accordance with the ZUTD, publish the public tender for granting concessions for implementing of labour market services. In accordance of public tender the Ministry grant concessions to the selected concessionaires for the implementing of labour market services, either lifelong career guidance services or employment brokerage. The exact conditions for implementing the concession are determined in the public tender.
Applies for SKD:
- Activities of employment placement agencies N78.100
- Other human resources provision N78.300
