Expert work for radiation and nuclear safety
The operators of nuclear and radiation facilities must acquire an opinion by an authorised expert for radiation and nuclear safety with regard to individual issues of radiation and nuclear safety.
Authorised experts for radiation and nuclear safety are legal or natural entities who acquire the authorisation of the authority competent for nuclear safety.

Cross-border/temporary provisions of activity
Performance of the activity in Slovenia is possible on cross-border/temporary basis. You may start performing it after acquisition of a specific permit from Competent authority.
