• Fire Protection Act

  Conditions for the following personnel are prescribed:

  • security guard,
  • technical supervisor,
  • technical inspector for installed active fire protection systems;
  • security control centre operator

Activities/services as per explanatory notes to the standard classification of activities:

These include:

• professional and volunteer firefighting;
• the activity of organisations and units for the protection, rescuing and aid in natural and other disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, rescuing during traffic accidents, etc.;
• managing, supporting and operating civil defence;

This also includes:

• mountain rescue service,
• cave rescue service,
• underwater rescue service,
• protection and rescue service during natural and other disasters on sea,
• unified investigation service concerning the people affected during natural and other disasters;
