• Housing Act

The Housing Act (SZ-1) regulates only the management of multi-apartment buildings and residential-commercial buildings (mixed use buildings with predominant housing use). A manager of a multi-apartment building may be a legal entity or natural peson registered for the activity of real estate management.

This includes:

• apartment management in time sharing on a fee or contract basis;
• management of production, business and other non-residential facilities on a fee or contractual basis;
• management of agricultural, forest and other land on a fee or contractual basis.

This also includes:

• collection of rent.

Activities/services added under the questions and answers table (SURS):

• Leasing of a tower for installation of transmitters - a business entity manages only the tower;
• Services of a coordinator in a residential building that enables uninterrupted operations and maintenance of the residential building.
