Housing Act

The Housing Act (SZ-1) regulates only the management of multi-apartment buildings and residential-commercial buildings (mixed use buildings with predominant housing use). A manager of a multi-apartment building may be a legal entity or natural peson registered for the activity of real estate management.

management of production, business and other non-residential facilities on a fee or contractual basis;
management of agricultural, forest and other land on a fee or contractual basis.

collection of rent.
