  For activities listed on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also enter in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

  This applies for the following activities/services:
• - production of concentrates from fresh fruits and vegetables.

  A supplementary farm activity may start to be implemented after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of supplementary farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sectoral provisions for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled. Applies to the following activities/services: manufacture of fruit and vegetable juices, manufacture of fruit juices and vegetable juices.

• Wine Act

Wine producers enter in the register if they pursue at least one of the following activities:

• grape production;
• production of must and non-bottled wine;
• production of other products (condensed grape must, rectified concentrated grape must and other products from grape, must and wine if used in the production of must and wine);
• bottling of wine;
• service of bottling of wine;
• distilling products from grape and wine if implemented on the basis of the regulation governing the market of grape, must and wine.

• Decree on the implementation of certain Regulations (EC) concerning foodstuffs, hygiene of foodstuffs and official control of foodstuffs

Before placing foodstuffs on the market, the facilities in the field of production, processing and marketing foodstuffs are required to register in the register kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection
(UVHVVR).
