Cross-border/temporary provisions of activity

This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement and pursue of an activity are established.

Regulations and conditions:

Decree on the implementation of certain Regulations (EC) concerning foodstuffs, hygiene of foodstuffs and official control of foodstuffs

Before placing foodstuffs on the market, the facilities in the area of production, processing and marketing foodstuffs are required to register in the register kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection (UVHVVR).

Activities/services which are classified in this sub-class of the standard classification of activities:

This class includes:

manufacture of foods for particular nutritional uses:
infant formulae,
follow-up milk and other follow-up foods,
baby foods,
low-energy and energy-reduced foods,
dietary foods for special medical purposes,
low-sodium foods, including sodium-free dietary salts,
gluten-free foods,
foods intended to meet the expenditure of intense muscular effort, especially for sportsmen,
foods for persons suffering from carbohydrate metabolism disorders (diabetes).
