Regulations and conditions:
Legal entities and natural persons who produce hazardous chemicals in the Republic of Slovenia, trade in hazardous chemicals or use hazardous chemicals classified as very toxic (T+) or toxic (T) must have an authorisation for producing hazardous chemicals, trading in hazardous chemicals or use of hazardous chemicals classified as very toxic (T+) or toxic (T). Drug precursor Licences or authorisations are issued by the authority competent for chemicals to providers pursuing activities involving drug precursors. Providers must obtain the licence or authorisation before the commencement of the activity. Providers must obtain the licence for Group 1. Providers must obtain the authorisation for Groups 2 and 3.
