Manufacture of jewellery and related articles (32.120)

• List of activities that are usually carried out as a craft

For activities listed on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also enter in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

This applies for the following activities/services:

• production of worked pearls;
• production of precious and semi-precious stones in the worked state, including reconstructed or synthetic precious or semi-precious stones;
• working of diamonds;
• manufacture of jewellery of precious metal or precious or semi-precious stones, including combinations with other materials (clad);
• manufacture of articles of goldsmiths’ wares of precious metals or alloys: cutlery, plates, kitchenware, tobacco boxes, toilet articles, office or desk articles, articles for religious use etc.;
• manufacture of technical or laboratory articles of precious metal (except instruments and parts thereof):
• crucibles, spatulas, electroplating anodes etc.; manufacture of precious metal watch bands;
• engraving and repoussé and chasing of articles from precious and other metals.

This class includes:

• Production of jewellery;
• Sales of hairdressing products in sets with greeting cards and sales of jewellery at parties (Sales of hairdressing products in sets with greeting cards directly to customers is classified under sub-class 47.990. If the jewellery being sold is produced by a business entity, the service is classified under sub-class 32.120).
