  For activities listed on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also enter in the register

of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

This applies for the following activities/services:

• manufacture of refined vegetable oils: olive oil, sunflower-seed oil, soya-bean oil etc.;
• processing of vegetable oils: blowing, boiling, dehydration, hydrogenation etc.

• Decree on supplementary activities in agriculture

A supplementary farm activity may start to be implemented
after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of supplementary farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sectoral provisions for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled.

Applies to the following activities/services:

• production of vegetable oils;
• pressing of agricultural crops for oil.

• Rules on the establishments carrying out activities involving food of animal origin

Prior to the provision of activities the food processing plants producing food of animal origin must be registered or approved in accordance with the Rules on the establishments carrying out activities involving food of animal origin.
