Manufacture of other food products n.e.c. (10.890)

This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement and pursue of an activity are established. 

 

Regulations and conditions:

 

  • List of activities usually carried out as a craft

  • For activities listed on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also enter in the register
    of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.
    This applies to the following activities/services:
  • manufacture of soups and broths;
  • manufacture of yeast;
  • manufacture of artificial honey and caramel;
  • manufacture of baking powder;
  • manufacture of honey products;
  • manufacture of flavoured syrups (including artificial);
  • manufacture of pectic substances;
  • manufacture of perishable prepared foods, such as:
  • sandwiches,
  • fresh (uncooked) pizza;
  • manufacture of extracts and juices of meat, fish, crustaceans or molluscs;
  • manufacture of non-dairy milk and cheese substitutes;
  • manufacture of egg products, egg albumin.

  • Regulation on supplementary activities in agriculture

  • A supplementary farm activity may start to be implemented after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of supplementary farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sector regulations for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled.

    Applies to the following activities/services:

  • processing of honey, pollen, royal jelly, propolis and beeswax;
  • honey extraction and bottling of bee products and comb foundations.

  • Regulation on the implementation of certain Community regulations in relation to food, food hygiene and official control of foodstuffs

Decree on the implementation of certain Regulations (EC) concerning foodstuffs, hygiene of foodstuffs and official control of foodstuffs Before placing foodstuffs on the market, the facilities in the area of production, processing and marketing foodstuffs are required to register in the register kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection (UVHVVR).

This class includes:
