  Museums that execute a national public service must acquire an authorisation and register in the register of museums that execute a national public service. A museum must provide professional workers who have passed a professional examination.

Regulation on subsidiary on-farm activities

A subsidiary on-farm activity may be implemented after the finalisation of the permit for the pursuit of subsidiary on-farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sector regulations to start an individual subsidiary activity are fulfilled. This applies to the following activities and services:

Activities/services according to explanations of the standard classification of activities: 

•  the operations of all types of museums:
• art museums, jewellery, furniture, costumes, ceramics, silverware etc.;
• nature science, scientific, technical, historical museums and war museums;
• memorial houses;
• outdoor museums;
• art galleries;
• occasional museum exhibitions organisation;
