• Payment Services and Systems Act

A payment institution may perform payment services in the area of the Republic of Slovenia if they receive a permit from the Bank of Slovenia.

The permit of the Bank of Slovenia for performing payment services as a payment institution;

• the permit of the Bank of Slovenia for payment system formation;
• the permit of the Bank of Slovenia for managing the payment system;
• the permit for performing auxiliary services;
• the permit for performing central clearing services;
• the permit for the performance of custodian services;

• financial transactions and settlement processing activities, including credit card transactions, counselling services for investments;
