• A list of activities usually carried out as craft

  For activities listed on the List of activities usually carried out as a craft, business entities registering these activities must also enter in the register of crafts at the Chamber of Craft and Small Business of Slovenia (OZS) ex officio.

  This applies for the following activities/services:

  • manufacture of protective gear:
  • fireproof and firefighting clothing,
  • protective work belts,
  • protective plastic or metal helmets (also for sports),
  • ear plugs, noise protection ear muffs,
  • gas masks;
  • manufacture of all kinds of pens;
  • manufacture of lead for pencils;
  • manufacture of stamps, seals, date stamps, numerators, handheld devices for labelling or sticker dispensers, typewriter ribbons, stamp pads; manufacture of globes;
  • manufacture of umbrellas, walking sticks;
  • manufacture of buttons, press-studs, zip fasteners, etc.;
  • manufacture of cigarette lighters;
  • manufacture of smoking pipes, combs, hairpins, hair rollers, wigs, hair extensions, spray applicators, Thermoses and other vacuum household appliances;
  • manufacture of various products: candles, torches, etc., artificial flowers, fruit and greenery, etc.;
  • manufacture of decorations and artificial flower arrangements;
  • manufacture of dressmaker's models, hand-held sieves and screens;
  • manufacture of objects for carnival, pranks, holiday celebrations, magic tricks, etc.;
  • manufacture of taxidermy products;
  • manufacture of artificial honeycombs

• Decree on supplementary activities in agriculture

  A supplementary farm activity may start to be  implemented after the finality of the permit for the pursuit of a supplementary farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sector regulations for the start of pursuing an individual supplementary activity are fulfilled.

  Applies to the following activities/services:

  • candle making;
  • smoking pipe making;
  • artificial flower production;
  • whip production;
  • bee wax products, dried and aromatic flower products.
