• production of food with the main ingredient being fruit or vegetables, excluding prepared food, frozen or conserved food;
• conservation of food, nuts or vegetables: freezing, drying, pasteurisation, oil, vinegar, salt water conservation etc.;
• the production of fruit or vegetable food products;
• the production of stewed fruit, jams, marmalades and jellies;
• nut roasting;
• production of spreads and other nut products; production of perishable fruit or vegetable food such as:
• salads,
• peeled or sliced fruit and vegetables,
• tofu.

• • Activities/services which are classified in this sub-class of the standard classification of activities

A subsidiary on-farm activity may be implemented after the finality of the permit to pursue a subsidiary on-farm activity and after all conditions determined by the sector regulations to begin an individual subsidiary activity are fulfilled.

This applies to the following activities/services:

• • processing and conservation of fruit and vegetables;
  • processing of forest fruits;
  • processing and conservation of fruit and vegetables.

kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection (UVHVVR).
