• Wine Act

Wine evaluation is implemented by authorised organisations. The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food selects the authorised organisations based on the public tender. Authorised organisation must meet the conditions
regarding professional, spatial, and technical qualifications. The organoleptic assessment of samples is carried out by a committee of at least five tasters under the wing of authorised organisations. A taster is an individual who has an appropriate education and has taken part in the required professional
training programmes. Authorised organisations are organisations appointed by the ministry for carrying out assessment tasks.

• Auditing Act

To carry out the tasks of a certified business appraiser, a licence from the Slovenian Audit Institute must be acquired.
In order to be granted the license, an individual must meet the required conditions and pass the professional examination. In order to perform tasks of an authorised appraiser of the value of machines and equipment, a license
from the Slovenian Audit Institute must be acquired. In order to receive the license, an individual must meet the required conditions and pass the professional examination.
