Regulations and conditions:
The production, preparation for the market, import and/or marketing of agricultural seeds and propagating material may only be carried by the suppliers who are entered in the register of suppliers kept by the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector and Plant Protection (UVHVVR). The suppliers must provide a responsible expert person who is authorised to fulfil the supplier's obligations. Activities/services which are classified in this subclass of the standard classification of activities:
This subclass includes activities related to the improvement of the quality of seed units by means of cleaning, removal of unwanted impurities, damaged or small seeds as well as by drying seeds for storage. The processing of seeds is also included, including genetically modified seeds.
