Sensory evaluation of virgin olive oil
The public service conducts:
- monitoring of the quality of the olive oil, produced in the Republic of Slovenia,
- monitoring the impact of some technological and agro-technical procedures on the quality of olive oil
A public service provider must employ persons with prescribed professional education and technical qualification.

Conditions

A laboratory must be provided which is accredited according to the SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard for chemical and sensory testing of olive oil.

An expert worker performing the tasks of a public service in the field of the quality of the olive oil must have appropriate education and work experience.

A technical worker performing the tasks of a public service in the field of the quality of the olive oil must have appropriate education and work experience.
