Regulations and conditions:
The implementation of air traffic navigation services in the Republic of Slovenia in the public interest is provided as per the regulations applicable in the Republic of Slovenia, which comply with international agreements. Air traffic services (ATS); aeronautical information services (AIS) and communication, navigation and surveillance (CNS) for the needs of general air traffic and operational air traffic are ensured within the framework of a public undertaking whose founder and only partner is the Republic of Slovenia. Services are provided within the scope of mandatory public utility service as per the provisions of the act governing public utility services unless this act or regulations of the Community on the Single European Sky stipulate otherwise. The public undertaking must ensure that services are provided only by the crew and other expert staff who have prescribed permits for work or licences, ratings, authorisations and certificates and according to the provisions of the act regulating aviation.
