This SCA code includes activities and services for which entrance and/or other conditions for the commencement and pursuit of an activity are established.

Act Regulating the Realisation of the Public Interest in the Field of Culture
Cultural worker/self-employed professional in culture:

An individual may independently pursue an activity in culture as a self-employed professional in culture if they are entered in the register of self-employed professionals in culture at the Ministry of Culture.

activities of directors, producers, theatre company managers, screenwriters, stage-set designers and builders, costume designers, scene shifters, lighting engineers etc.
