Training for the production of energy certificates
Training for independent experts for the production of energy certificates or regular review of air-conditioning and heating systems is performed by organisations selected through a public call for tenders.

The selection of the training provider is implemented via a public tender published by the competent ministry. The selected provider is obliged to implement training according to the training programme for independent experts. The selected provide must enable those who have concluded the training to pass an exam, if they have not passed it yet.
Training providers must ensure appropriate qualification of lecturers, administrative technical staff and appropriate premises and equipment.
