Waste transportation
Waste transportation is performed by a transporter.
A transporter is a legal entity or sole entrepreneur who transports waste of other owners of waste.
A transporter can transport waste after being entered in the register of waste transporters managed by the Ministry of the Environment and Spatial Planning.
Appropriate waste management is necessary during the transportation of waste; waste must be appropriately packed and labelled. Transporter must keep records on transported hazardous waste.
