Whole-day connection with persons with needs via the personal telephone alarm

The whole-day connection via the personal telephone alarm service can be implemented as a part of social servicing or as an independent service.

The service providers must obtain the work permit from the competent ministry for the implementation of the service.

The service enables users permanent connection from their apartment or sheltered housing equipped with a call centre, so that in case of emergency, users press a button on the telephone device to make a connection with the call centre.

The connection is implemented via a telephone alarm. The user of this service has a special telephone device with the so-called red button. Whenever they need help, they press the button to make a connection with the call centre that acts appropriately, i.e. in the way to establish contact with relatives, friends, acquaintances or professional services (medical assistance, assistance at home).

The procedure at the performance of an individual task and the scope of the service are determined by the user and the service provider with an agreement or contract.

The duration of the service depends on the will of the user and the service provider and is determined through an agreement or a contract.
