Wine bottling services

Wine bottling services shall mean the bottling of wine performed for someone else's account. Wine bottling includes the preparation of bottles, the preparation of corks, the filling of wine, the corking of bottles and keeping them in suitable conditions.

A sole trader or a legal entity carrying out these activities must be entered into the Grape and Wine Producer Register under the suitable activity referring to wine bottling services.

The difference between wine bottling and wine bottling services is only that wine bottling is performed for the bottling of one's own wine and wine bottling services are performed for the bottling for someone else's account.
