Acquired water rights
Every entity that pursues the farming of water organisms must acquire the water right for the direct use of water for farming of aquatic organisms.
A water right is the right to special use of water or marine public asset or alluvia, excluding aquatic land acquired by water permit.
The water permit is issued by the competent authority for indefinite time, however, for maximum 30 years.
