Appointment for establishing subsystem verification

The appointed authority on the national level is an entity authorised to implement the subsystem or parts of subsystem verification procedure.

The appointed authority is determined by the competent authority based on the appropriate qualification of the entity. The verification of qualification is implemented by the Public Agency for Rail Transport of the Republic of Slovenia, based on the public call.

The competent authority notifies the European Commission on appointed authorities on the national level, which are authorised for the implementation of verification.

There is not appointed authority for subsystem verification implementation in the Republic of Slovenia.
