Concession agreement for maintaining port infrastructure
Regular maintenance of port infrastructure is implemented based on the concession agreement.
The concession agreement regulates concession relations, especially:
- mutual obligations in connection to the construction of facilities and devices under the concession;
- the rules and obligations in connection with port management;
- the rights and obligations in connection with the performance of port activities;
- the rights and obligations in connection with the management of port infrastructure that is not intended for public traffic;
- the rights and obligations in connection with the implementation of public services;
- the rights and obligations in connection with the performance of defence and security tasks and assignments in connection with the protection and resolution or sudden pollution of the sea;
- mutual obligations in connection with the payment of contractual charges;
- the termination of the concession relationship and the consequences of termination;
- the consequences of modified circumstances, force majeure and public authority acts of the concession provider.
The concession is granted for a 35 years.
