Contract on natural asset custodianship
The ministry or competent authority of the local community selects a natural asset custodian with a public procurement procedure.
The contract on custodianship must contain at least a natural asset or land on protected area subject to custodianship, detailed conditions on the qualification for implementing custodianship, the tasks of custodianship and the duration of custodianship.
